Woodmark welcomes Neil Wintrode, VP of business and digital transformation

Meet Neil! He is joining us as the Vice President of Business and Digital Transformation.

He shared, "the American Woodmark opportunity came to me unexpectedly via recruitment for a Business and Digital Transformation role. After some company research, I very quickly realized I’ve used some of the American Woodmark products in some side home improvement projects."

The first third of his career was spent learning and working within and across various business functions, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing & maintenance, finance, business development, sales and operations planning.

The second third was spent integrating mergers and acquisitions, transforming how systems and tools eable better business and leading international IT organizations. Lastly, just before joining the Woodmark family, Neil focused on creating and optimizing a global IT organization and creating a global data governance discipline.

What attracted him to American Woodmark was our focus on people, culture and community. He said, "These areas of focus show a deep commitment and also a strong trait of people-centric successful organizations. A hallmark phrase at American Woodmark is 'Building More Together' which is shared and lived within the company, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

My role in Business and Digital Transformation can only be successful by effectively managing and preparing for the people side of change. This is the bedrock of our foundation for success."

His self-stated taglines include:

He has a busy household with wife Jodi, four kids, two dogs and two cats! When not working, he states, "I have a love for carpentry and fixing things, enjoy listening to all types of music, and weather permitting relaxing on the water in the family pontoon boat."
